1. Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states. At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or internationally.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping to all 50 states. The cost for UPS Ground is $8.95 and the cost for 2nd Day Air is $22.95, regardless of how many items you purchase. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100.
3. How can I get my order status?
You can get the status of your order by using our Order Status page.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. You can track your package at www.UPS.com.
5. How do I contact ScrubBub?

6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. At this time, we do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders or cashier checks.

Embroidery is available on bulk orders. The cost for embroidery varies with the type of logo and amount of text. Please ask a sales representative for more information.
15. Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax in the state of California.
